Thank you for shopping with Acrimonious Garment Company. Every item is printed on demand, which means your order is made fresh and not pulled from warehouse stock.

Production Time
All orders are produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or sales, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery windows:
New Zealand: 5–12 business days
Australia: 7–15 business days
USA: 5–12 business days
UK & Europe: 7–17 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Actual delivery time may vary based on the fulfilment centre and destination.

Global Fulfilment
We use trusted print-on-demand partners (such as Gelato) who produce orders at the fulfilment centre closest to the customer to reduce shipping time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and product type. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Delays
Customs processing, weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery times. These factors are outside our control, but we will assist where possible.

Wrong Address or Lost Packages
If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot replace or refund the order. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfilment partner to help resolve it.

Made-to-Order Reminder
All items are made to order. Cancellations are only possible before an item enters production.
